Bridge House/ Grace House Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Community Events Bridge House/ Grace House will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony, celebrating the grand opening of Grace House, a new, consolidated treatment center for women, on the West Bank. Grace House is the only no-cost substance-use disorder treatment facility exclusively for women in the Greater New Orleans area. This beautiful min-campus with 5 buildings on almost 2 acres of land will be home to 66 women looking for a new way of life. This retreat like setting will provide an amazing environment to recover, to heal, and to become productive members of society. Tours to follow and refreshments will be provided. Workforce Development One-Stop Pre-RFP Webinar

This is a condensed two-hour training covering hands-only CPR, Stop the Bleed, and opioid overdose prevention.  Hands-Only CPR Hands Only CPR is a course developed by the American Heart Association (AHA) that is designed to teach bystanders the immediate life-saving actions they can take when a person suffers from Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  When a person’s heart stops beating and they stop responding, their best chance of survival is reliant on trained bystanders who take action immediately.  The Hands Only CPR course covers compression only CPR (no mouth-to-mouth), how to use an AED, and actions to take if someone is choking. Bystander Response Training

NOLA Ready Before help arrives, you can save a life during a medical emergency. This is a condensed two-hour training covering hands-only CPR, Stop the Bleed, and opioid overdose prevention.  Hands-Only CPR Hands Only CPR is a course developed by the American Heart Association (AHA) that is designed to teach bystanders the immediate life-saving actions they can take when a person suffers from Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  When a person’s heart stops beating and they stop responding, their best chance of survival is reliant on trained bystanders who take action immediately.  The Hands Only CPR course covers compression only CPR (no mouth-to-mouth), how to use an AED, and actions to take if someone is choking. Bystander Response Training

NOLA Ready Before help arrives, you can save a life during a medical emergency. This is a condensed two-hour training covering hands-only CPR, Stop the Bleed, and opioid overdose prevention.  Hands-Only CPR Hands Only CPR is a course developed by the American Heart Association (AHA) that is designed to teach bystanders the immediate life-saving actions they can take when a person suffers from Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  When a person’s heart stops beating and they stop responding, their best chance of survival is reliant on trained bystanders who take action immediately.  The Hands Only CPR course covers compression only CPR (no mouth-to-mouth), how to use an AED, and actions to take if someone is choking.
